Full 5 vol set of rare Early English Pronunciation Ellis 1869 1889

  
This is a rare, full 5 volume set of Early English Pronunciation by Ellis, published between 1869 and 1889 by Asher and Co. Vol 1 & 2 - 1869, Vol 3 - 1871, Vol 4 - 1874 and Vol 5 - 1889.

Vols 1, 3 and 4 are half calf red leather copies from the personal library of Johan Joseph Jones with bookplates on inside of front boards. Vols 2 and 5 are ex public library (Enfield) with the usual markings. All HBs are complete, sturdy and firm, with maps included in vol 5. Pages are tanned, free of annotations, in nice condition.

This set is from smoke free house. Collection in person is available with all our lots with cash preferred. We use recycled packaging wherever possible. We will leave feedback as soon as one is received.
